- 1.5% listing commission to be paid at closing of current home.
- .5% of paid listing commission to be refunded within 7 days of closing on replacement home.
- Replacement property must be purchased within 180 days of closing of current home.
- Replacement property must be located in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, or San Diego county.
